Balala the Fairies: Magic Star Fate Castle is a fantasy television series produced by Alpha Group Co., Ltd. It is the eighth^[1] installment in the Balala the Fairies series. The series' motifs are the animals and the nature.

In August 2023, it was released in Korean simply as Balala Fairies (바랄라 페어리즈 balalla peeolijeu), by Funny Flux Co. Ltd.

Synopsis[]

Normal Girls who live a normal life until they discover a Magical Fairy Kingdom, magical elves grant them magical powers from Magic Star Fate Castle, to save the Magic Star Fate castle they will need to fight a villain called "Fesna". Will they be able to recover all the Magic Stones?

Thereafter it began airing from April 28, 2022 to May 23, 2022, airing 1 episode daily, on the following channels:

Trivia[]

• This is the first series since the original continuity to have all the fairies have natural hair colors in their human forms.
  • This was due to a controversy in China about colored hair in animated shows in 2020 when the South Korean show Shining Star was pulled due to complains that the show encourages hair-dying in children. Notably, the main characters of the show had hair colors that were pink, yellow and light blue, similar to characters of Balala the Fairies or Precure. Although authorities found that there was no issue with that show, this choice may have been made to stay on the safe side.
• This is the second season of Balala The Fairies to be animated in 3D.
• And this is Second Season of Balala the Fairies to be has a spin off (Second Season).
• This is the first series to have a Korean dub
