I think after Covid there is a new WFH environment emerged which was primarily for individuals health concerns during Covid outbreak but now at this stage we can make it to flexibility or hybrid.It also depends on job role as well.But for me WFH = micro certifications vs in office = Mainline Certification exam ( controlled environment)in terms of servicenow ecosystem #couldWorksforYou#servicenowjobs #servicenowcareer #servicenowcommunity #itservicemanagement
