Forge your own way with February Choice | Humble Bundle Blog (2024)

February’s Humble Choice games are here—and you’re gonna have some tough choices to make as you dig into this month’s mix of games.

Choose how you’ll face down the evil bleeding from the Worldwound in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, the modern sprawling role-playing saga that fuses the legendary gameplay of computer RPG classics and the depth and flexibility of 1st-edition Pathfinder.

Choose how you’ll survive the post-apocalypse in Fallout 76, the always evolving online Fallout prequel set in the wasteland of West Virginia, which comes with all of the gameplay updates released, including the latest theme-park flavored Nuka-World on Tour. (Want to return to where it all began? The original, legendary CRPG Fallout is included too as a bonus for Choice members.)

Choose how you’ll shape the fate of the Northern Realms in CD Projekt Red’s Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, blending narrative-driven role-playing with card-driven battles built on the mechanics of Gwent, and lead the world to one of 20 possible end states.

Choose whether you’ll play one of these games first or Othercide, Shady Part of Me, ScourgeBringer, Five Dates, or Fobia – St. Dinfna Hotel—but don’t sweat it too much, because all of them yours to own with February Choice!

February’s Games to Own

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous

Face down the evil bleeding from the Worldwound—your own way—in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, the modern sprawling role-playing saga that fuses the legendary gameplay of computer RPG classics and the depth and flexibility of 1st-edition Pathfinder. Here that means an epic high-fantasy story, turn-based or real-time combat, deep customization, consequential choices, and the freedom to forge your own righteous or wrathful path to determine the fate of the world.

Fallout 76
+ the original Fallout

In the always evolving online prequel to the absolutely iconic post-apocalyptic RPG series Fallout 76, survival is the name of the game. In the four-plus years players have been crafting, questing, building, fighting Deathclaws, fleeing Mothmen, and exploring the West Virginian wasteland together, Bethesda has been crafting free game updates to enhance the experience and bring new depth to the world—all of which, including the latest theme-park flavored update Nuka-World on Tour, are included here.

Want to return to where it all began? Choice members also get the original, Classic with a capital C CPRG Fallout as a SPECIAL bonus.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales

From CD Projekt Red, creators of the hit The Witcher game series and Cyberpunk 2077, comes a narrative-driven RPG card game set in the Witcher universe. Set before the events of the Witcher Trilogy, Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales provides a deep, tightly written story that places you at the center, making tough decision after tough decision. Combat plays out like Gwent, but encounters have unique twists that will challenge even the best strategic minds to find the best solution.

Othercide

Fight the forces of Suffering in Othercide, a stylish, brutal, and creative turn-based tactical RPG that bleeds black, white, and red. Drawing from the souls of mighty warriors past, you field teams of “Daughters” with complementary powers. The battles emphasize careful strategy and long-term thinking, as you keep tabs on a timeline that tracks units’ next turns. Death demands tribute often, but do not despair—each sacrifice makes your surviving Daughters stronger.

Shady Part of Me

Moody and beautiful, Shady Part of Me is a puzzle-platformer that takes place in a surreal, dream-born world. You play as a young girl and her shadow, bouncing between 2D and 3D platforming, working together to influence the path for the other. This haunting place makes important use of light, scaring the 3D platformer and straight up disabling the 2D platformer. The watercolor and papercraft world add to the desperate and tragic atmosphere of this emotionally wrenched game.

ScourgeBringer

With gorgeous pixel art and the attitude of a metal album, ScourgeBringer is dripping with personality. A high-speed, high-tension roguelite platformer, ScourgeBringer has you playing as Kyhra, the strongest member of your tribe, sent to investigate a mysterious monolith that may signal the end of your world. Armed with a pistol, sword, and dash, at times it can feel like a bullet-hell or even a rhythm game. Dancing between these genres make ScourgeBringer feel like a breath of fresh air in a crowded space.

Fobia – St. Dinfna Hotel

Strange things are afoot at the St. Dinfna Hotel, a dilapidated building playing host to supernatural occurrences and terrifying monsters. You play as Roberto, an investigator who makes their way through the hotel in a first-person survival horror game that falls somewhere between a game like Gone Home and one of the less violent Resident Evil entries. Armed with a camera that can help you see through the veil of time, you’ll be scrounging for key items and ammo, solving puzzles, and shooting baddies in this atmospheric adventure..

Five Dates

Find love (maybe) over the course of Five Dates, a live-action interactive romantic comedy about the sometimes thrilling, sometimes awkward, sometimes funny, sometimes surreal act of modern online dating. You guide the decisions and conversations of a London lad named Vinny as he tries to find that special someone, ultimately leading to one of 10 different compatibility conclusions. If you’re in the mood for something character-driven without a character-creation screen, swipe right on Five Dates.

Humble Games Collection Updates for February & March

Active Humble Choice members get access to a library of even more great games to play in the Humble Games Collection—games like rose-engine’s sci-fi survival-horror experience SIGNALIS, which recently picked up an award for Best Hidden Gem at the New York Game Awards, and more imaginative originals published by Humble Games like Old Moon’s Ghost Song, Black Mermaid’s Moonscars, and more.

As a reminder, we announced earlier that several games will be leaving the Humble Games Collection on February 15, 2023. Today, we wanted to give members a heads up about games that will be leaving the Humble Games Collection later on, in March:

  • A Hat in Time – Leaving March 15, 2023
  • The Wild at Heart – Leaving March 15, 2023

Members can access and play the Humble Games Collection in the Humble app for Windows PC; there, they’ll also find dozens of community favorites, experimental oddities, and more games in the Vault. Learn more on the Humble Games Collection website.

More Great Perks of Membership

Humble Choice members also get access to other great perks that help you save more on the games you’ve got your eye on.

Choice members get an exclusive discount on thousands of eligible games in the Humble Store. This discount increases the longer you remain an active, continuous Choice member, with savings reaching up to 20%. If you buy games often, the savings can stack up fast—and for some people this perk can make membership worthwhile just on its own. You also have the option to donate some or all of the amount you’d save with your Choice discount to your preferred charity instead; you can adjust the amount at any time in your account settings.

Plus, from time to time, Choice members will receive exclusive member coupons, which include things like discounts on expansions or add-on content for games from your monthly Choice mix. Keep an eye on the Extras section of your Humble Choice membership page for these limited-time offers.

February Featured Charity – NPower

As always, 5% of your Choice membership supports our featured charity. This month’s charity is NPower, on a mission to move people from poverty to the middle class through tech skills training and quality job placement. Learn more about their work straight from the source in this video message to the Humble community, and read our Black History Month post from earlier this month for more info.

Thank you for your continued support, and we hope you enjoy February Choice!
