Why is the T-Mobile network not working? ›

Registered to T-Mobile network, but no signal: The problem is likely low or no coverage. If the coverage map showed good coverage, try switching to 2G or turning off LTE. T-Mobile network is not available: The problem is likely no coverage. If the coverage map showed good coverage, perform a master reset.

Powering off your device for at least 5 minutes will guarantee the connection to the network is refreshed on the network when it reconnects.

Try charging your phone with a different wall adapter and cable. If your phone still won't turn, hold the Power button for at least 10 seconds. If the screen doesn't light up or if you hear a sound, release the button and try again.

Try to refresh the list of available Wi-Fi networks on the device you want to connect to the LTE Wi-Fi Gateway . Switch off the LTE Wi-Fi Gateway and turn it on again using the Power OFF/ON switch. Restart your device or your computer. Position your device and the LTE Wi-Fi Gateway closer to each other.
